Unauthorized use, transfers, or occupancy of the Premises. Bankruptcy, insolvency, or creditor arrangements by the Tenant. Appointment of a receiver over the Tenants assets. Abandonment or removal of goods that affects rent collection or Premises utility. Seizure of Tenants property or termination/re-entry by Landlord as allowed by law.
